My journey with WhereCity in 2010 was a revelation, introducing me to the digital landscape before terms like “social media” were commonplace. Under Akhil and Karen’s guidance, I explored Mumbai’s oldest eateries, created a blog, and learned the foundations of SEO. The experience extended to managing WhereCity’s Facebook page, where I experimented with new features and content strategies. This allowed me to explore Mumbai while immersing myself in the possibilities of the internet, instilling a spirit of curiosity and innovation that continues to fuel my work today. I’m forever grateful to Akhil and Karen for giving a freshly graduated engineer a chance to live his dream.
